Sunday 12th January 2020 Bibury
A solo walk from the tourist hotspot of Bibury. I arrived just as the sun was rising and there was no one else around.
With so much rain recently I wasn't surprised to see the River Coln was so high.
The famous Arlington Row. Originally built in the late 14th century as a wool store. Converted to weavers houses in the 17th century.

Down to the flooded River Coln,
Flood water everywhere, the ground is saturated and which is the river?
The anglers bridge
"A laugh, a chat, a chair to sit on". Interesting seat in the middle of Coln St Aldwyns.
Weir and mill near Quenington
Looks like a lake but it is a flooded field. There is a footpath going through the midlle!
Muddy track on the way back
My planned route was through that - good job there was an alternative!
On returning to Bibury there were many tourists and all the parking spaces were taken.

Friday 10th January 2020 Broadway Tower
A short walk from Broadway Tower taking the direct route down on the Cotswold Way to Broadway and then returning on an alternative route. A beautiful sunny but cool afternoon.

Wednesday 8th January 2020 - Cotswold Way 9 - Cleeve Hill to Hailes Abbey
Down around the edge of Cleeve Hill to Postlip Hall and on to Postlip Hall Farm where they had started to gather the sheep in prior to the lambing season which starts in three weeks time.
Gently down again and then up through the Breakheart Plantation on the only steep bit of the walk.
Next to Belas Knap and then down to the Corner Cupboard in Winchcombe for lunch.
Through Winchcombe after lunch to Puck Pit Lane and then across the very muddy fields to Hailes Abbey. .
8.5 miles and 880 feet ascent

Sunday 5th January 202 Olive's Walk
20 on the walk. Eight miles and about 750 feet of ascent.
An unusual stile - allows two people to cross at a time.
