My Country Walks

Welcome to my new blog following my move to the Cotswolds in early 2018.

Previously living on the edge of Dartmoor I shared details of my walks on Dartmoor on my previous blog My Dartmoor Walks. As I explore this new area I will share details of the routes here.

Tuesday 31st March 2026 - Overbury

A relatively easy route  over Bredon Hill from Overbury. Towards Grafton going through the bluebell woods at Beckford Coppice.  Up Conderton Hill, Shaldon Farm,  to the Wychavon Way and on to the Tower. Returning through Westmancote, Kemerton and back to Overbury.  Dull to start but the sun came out and it was beautiful sprin morning. 8 miles with about 1200 feet ascent.
