Previously living on the edge of Dartmoor I shared details of my walks on Dartmoor on my previous blog My Dartmoor Walks. As I explore this new area I will share details of the routes here.

Sunday 20th November 2022 - Stanton

A solo walk from taking the Cotswold Way from Stanton to Shenberrow Hill and Snowshill. Return  parrtly on the Winchcombe Way to near Buckland and back to Stanton. Nearly 7 miles with 1100 feet of ascent.

The Winchcombe Way near Buckland Wood complete with electric fencing. Just not acceptable in my view - dangerous for children and dogs.
